Background

This project is currently underway and is expected to be completed in March 2024.

The MacIntyre Wind Farm precinct is located 40km’s west of Warwick in South QLD. Our team members have been engaged by Yurika to provide expertise in wind farm project and construction management services and lead the Yurika delivery team.

Results to date

• Developed the overall delivery strategy of the Subcontract works.
• Led the commercial and contractual pre-contracts process to award.
• Continual management of overall commercial performance of the Electrical Balance of Plant (EBoP) works.
• Placement of our Design Manager leading EBoP design.
• Our Site Manager leading delivery team to establish schedule.
• Management of substation procurement.
• Leadership of construction and commissioning of works.
