Background

This project is currently underway and is expected to be completed in 2024.

The Clarke Creek Wind Farm Project is located 150km’s northwest of Rockhampton in Central QLD. Our team members have been engaged by Yurika to provide expertise in wind farm project and construction management and lead the Yurika delivery team.

Results to date

• Developed the overall delivery strategy of the Electrical Balance of Plant (EBoP) Works.
• Led the commercial and contractual pre- contracts process to award. Continual management of overall commercial performance of EBoP works.
• Optimisation of the electrical reticulation and civil design to maintain schedule and budget.
• Development and leadership of the health, safety and environmental performance of EBoP works.
